Equipment available for hire

Our facilities

  • Main hall

    Stillwater hall is rated to host a maximum of 120 people and has equipment for seated events of 70 people. The main hall is 15 metres (L) x 7.4 metres (W).

    Celiing heaters heat the space quickly and large extrator fans remove hot air during summer months.

  • Kitchen

    Domestic stovetop/oven, inverter microwave, and a domestic fridge/freezer are available onsite.

    Crockery and cutlery are available to use.

    Our commercial dishwasher makes quick work of dirty dishes.

  • Playground

    To occupy the smallest of guests, a range of play equipment is available metres from the hall. Young children can play supervised whilst still being part of the event. Swings, an Adventure Fort, Climbing Net, and Slide are just some of the fun activities that will keep the kids entertained and parents happy.

  • Tables and chairs

    Events have free use of hall tables and chairs stored in the Main Hall cupboards:

    13 foldable tables (W760 x L1830 x H740 mm)

    70 black plastic chairs

  • Catering equipment

    Crockery and cutlery are provided free for all events.

    A range of catering equipment is available onsite for hire at a low cost to make catering for your event that much easier.

Parking
4 off-street and 30 on-street public car parks are located near the hall. All car parks are public and cannot be reserved for events. Parking has not been an issue previously.

Public Transport
Hibiscus Coast Station and Park & Ride is our closest bus interchange. No public bus lines currently service Stillwater.

 

Discounted hire of Stillwater Hall

We regularly provide use of Stillwater Hall for free or at a discount to Not-for-profit groups or for events that would benefit the Stillwater/Hibiscus Bays communities. Please answer the following questions so we can consider your request for discounted use of Stillwater Hall.

    We are glad to be able to provide a safe space for Playgroup and the local families who come each week to support each other through the earliest years of their childrens lives.
