  • DESCRIPTON

    Our 20 Litre Hot Water Urn is simple to use with a water level indicator and a non-drip plastic tap.

    To be used with water only.


  • LOSS OR DAMAGE CHARGES

    The hirer is liable for the full cost of replacing or repairing damaged parts OR an admin charge of $50, whichever is deemed to be the greater charge.

    Please note: a replacement fee of $280.00 applies if missing or broken.

  • Payment

    Full payment is payable for this item at the time of booking and must be paid by credit/visa debit card to confirm the booking. The outstanding balance can be paid by bank transfer or credit/visa debit card.

  • Liability

    You are responsible for ensuring the urn is emptied of water and left clean on the kitchen bench as provided to you at the end of your event.

    If there is visible damage or lost parts at the start of your event, report it immediately as you may be held accountable.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Bookings for equipment may be cancelled at any time. The Association will refund the Hire Price when a cancellation notice is received.
